Every ingredient on the label
Ten ingredients are named on the Gelataro Supplement Facts panel. One of them — Apple Cider Vinegar — carries a printed milligram amount. The other nine don't, and we'd rather say that plainly than let a product photo speak for the label.
The label, as printed
Serving size is one gummy, with 30 servings per container. Each gummy carries 6 calories, 0g total fat, 0g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 2g total carbohydrate (under 1% daily value), and 1.5g total sugars. Apple Cider Vinegar is listed at 250mg, with no established daily value. That's the complete "Amount Per Serving" section of the panel.
The one disclosed amount: Apple Cider Vinegar, 250mg
Apple Cider Vinegar is the ingredient the label's "Metabolism Support" claim is tied to, and the only one with a stated milligram amount per gummy.
The nine "Other Ingredients"
Printed on the label as: cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavor, natural coloring, and starch. None of these carry an individual amount — that's standard for the sweeteners, gelling agents and flavoring that make up a gummy base, not something unique to Gelataro. Pectin and starch give the gummy its chew and shape. Citric acid and sodium citrate balance flavor and acidity. Cane sugar and glucose syrup are the sweetening base. Natural flavor and natural coloring round out taste and appearance.
What we won't claim
We won't describe pectin or citric acid as active fat-burning compounds, because the label doesn't disclose an amount for either one and doesn't list them as active ingredients. If a claim isn't backed by what's printed on the bottle, we leave it off this page.
Caution, as printed on the label
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
